Reporting a wrong result
Results are entered by one administrator and verified by another before anything is scored. If a verified result looks wrong, report it: a correction supersedes the old result and rebuilds every affected record from prediction history, so nobody keeps points from a mistake and nobody loses a streak to one.
Account problems
For a locked or suspended account, or to ask what is stored about you, contact the administrator of this instance. You can delete your account yourself at any time — see the privacy policy for what deletion does.
Bugs
If a page shows a figure you cannot reconcile with the ranking rules, that is worth reporting. Include the match, your username and what you expected to see.
